The initial development is paid once. The monthly service has a 12-month initial term and includes hosting, maintenance and support. After the first year you can continue month to month.
Stores, internal systems and other custom work are scoped in writing before we start.
Pay 12 months of the monthly service up front and 2 are on us. In Argentina we can also invoice in pesos at the day’s rate. The yearly option does not replace the initial development fee.

What does the initial price mean?
It is the design and development work, paid once: structure, design, build, mobile layout, configuration, launch and technical SEO. It is not a monthly subscription for the website itself.
What does the development include?
The initial work covers structure, design, development, responsive layout, configuration, publication, technical SEO at launch, and the basics so people can contact you (typically WhatsApp and a contact form). Integrations beyond that are agreed when they apply.
What does the monthly fee include?
The monthly fee is the ongoing service after launch: hosting, SSL, business email, maintenance, support (replies within 24 hours), basic SEO and a monthly allowance for changes — 2 hours on Web Starter and Professional site, 5 hours on Site Pro.
Do I have to pay for hosting separately?
No. Hosting is included in the monthly service. You don’t need a separate hosting contract.
Is there a minimum term?
The initial development is paid once. The monthly service has a 12-month initial term and includes hosting, maintenance and support. After the first year you can continue month to month, with 30 days’ notice.
What happens after the first year? Can I cancel?
After month 12 you can continue month to month or cancel with 30 days’ notice. We export your content and help you move. If you also want to keep the full build and its credentials, we quote that separately as a custom project.
Can I hire only the development, without the monthly service?
The published offer is development plus the monthly service with a 12-month initial term. A one-off build without ongoing care is scoped as a custom project, with a written proposal first.
What is the difference between Web Starter and a Professional site?
Web Starter is a landing page or a simple professional site. A Professional site is a more complete website — more sections and content — for companies, SMEs, restaurants and similar businesses. The monthly care is the same; the difference is the initial build.
Can I start with a simple website and add more later?
Yes. Many clients start with Web Starter and later add pages, a store or a custom tool. We can grow with you.
Do I have to buy a domain?
The domain stays in your name. If you don’t have one yet, we help you choose it and set it up. Hosting is included; the domain is registered separately.
How long does it take for my website to be ready?
A focused landing page or company site is often a few weeks once the content is ready. Larger projects take longer; we share a clear timeline before we start building.
Can I request changes?
Yes. Each monthly service includes time every month for changes and improvements. If you need more than that in a given month, we can agree it in advance.
Do you work with businesses across Argentina?
Yes. We work remotely with companies and professionals anywhere in the country — same process — and we can meet in person if you are in Buenos Aires.
Do I need to know the technical side?
No. Tell us what you do and what you need. We help you find the right solution and we handle the rest.
Can you help me with SEO?
Yes. Basic SEO is part of how we build: structure, speed and on-page setup so search engines can find you. Ongoing content programmes or advertising are quoted separately.
Can you add WhatsApp?
Yes. We typically include WhatsApp and a contact form so visitors can reach you without friction.
Can you build an online store?
Yes. Site Pro includes an online store or a larger catalogue, with payments such as Mercado Pago, card and bank transfer. More advanced stores are quoted as a custom project.
Can you build custom systems?
Yes. Bookings, stock, internal panels or connections with tools you already use are scoped as custom projects, with a written proposal first.
Is there a discount if I pay the year up front?
Yes, on the monthly service: you pay 10 months and we cover 12. The yearly total is shown under each option. It does not replace the initial development fee. In Argentina we can also invoice in pesos at the day’s exchange rate.

Can you take over a website I already have?
