What does the initial price cover?
It is the design and development work, paid once: structure, design, build, mobile version, setup, launch and initial technical SEO. It is not a monthly subscription for the website itself.
What is included in development?
The initial work covers structure, design, development, responsive layout, configuration, launch, starting technical SEO and the basics so people can contact you — usually WhatsApp and a form. Other integrations are agreed when they belong in the project.
What does the monthly fee include?
The monthly fee is the service after launch: hosting, SSL, business email, maintenance, support (reply within 24 hours), basic SEO and a monthly allowance for changes — 2 hours on Web Starter and Professional site, 5 hours on Site Pro.
Do I have to pay for hosting separately?
No. Hosting is included in the monthly service. You do not need a separate hosting contract.
Is there a minimum term?
The initial development is paid once. The monthly service has a 12-month initial term and includes hosting, maintenance and support. After the first year you can continue month to month, with 30 days’ notice.
What happens after the first year? Can I cancel?
After 12 months you can continue month to month or cancel with 30 days’ notice. We export your content and help with the move. If you also want to keep the full build and its access credentials, we quote that separately as a custom project.
Can I hire development only?
The published proposal is development plus the monthly service with a 12-month initial term. A one-off build, without the service afterwards, is handled as a custom project with a written proposal.
What is the difference between Web Starter and Professional site?
Web Starter is a landing page or a simple professional site. Professional site is a more complete website — more sections and content — for companies, SMEs, restaurants and similar businesses. The monthly service is the same; the initial development is what changes.
Can I start with a website and add features later?
Yes. Many clients start with Web Starter and later add pages, an admin panel or a custom tool. We can stay with you if the business grows.
Do I need to buy a domain?
The domain stays in your name. If you do not have one yet, we help you choose and set it up. Hosting is included; the domain is registered separately.
Is there a discount if I pay the year up front?
Yes, on the monthly service: you pay 10 months and we cover 12. The yearly total is listed under each option. It does not replace the initial development. In Argentina we can also invoice in pesos at the day’s rate.
